I caught the flu last week. Chills, nausea, and an extremely high fever. It was awful.
It came out of nowhere, and I'm still reeling from it. And while I was bored, I came across three timely career hacks on the Internet. While I recover, I thought I'd share them with you.
🔬 3 Career Life Hacks:
#1 This one was interesting to me because it was timely. Take it with a grain of salt because I did see that there are some ways for employers to avoid having to disclose this information, but in case you were ever curious, now you know.
For instance, "Virginia 2023 WARN Notice" Replace Virginia with your state’s name, and your company’s HQ Location
#2 For those who have been impacted and are looking for ways to supplement their income while looking for work, becoming involved in your local school district isn't a bad idea. You simply need to check the requirements of your state. It's a little slow re: the paperwork, but I liked how unique this idea was.
#3 This simply made me happy and reminded me to document my surroundings more. Especially time spent with my loved ones.
